Step to reproduce:

-go to http://195.134.228.239/newpage1.php
-open link
-press 5 and select first page
-close it
-press link in picture

result ->app closed bowser, and interrupted download is in download manager.
Expected: No crash

It would be better if BrCtlDownloadObserver is part of static object container and not a static object by itself
