EWebKit2 API tests have been broken since a long time a ago. We have to maintain broken tests.

	 57 - ReloadPageAfterCrash (Timeout)
	 58 - ResizeWindowAfterCrash (Timeout)
	 69 - WKViewIsActiveSetIsActive (Timeout)

Closing this bug because the EFL port has been removed from trunk.
