According to W3C specifications, http://www.w3.org/TR/mediacapture-streams/#navigatorusermedia, NavigatorUserMedia IDL should support getUserMedia/webkitGetUserMedia attributes instead of NavigatorMediaStream.

Patch includes all code modifications to replace 'NavigatorMediaStream' with 'NavigatoreUserMedia' as suggested in W3C specifications.
