The following tests are skipped in WinCairo and Win ports: svg/W3C-SVG-1.1/coords-viewattr-01-b.svg svg/zoom/page/zoom-coords-viewattr-01-b.svg svg/zoom/text/zoom-coords-viewattr-01-b.svg They had a comment that referenced bug 35012, but that bug is long fixed, and the tests are only skipped on Windows. Since I don't have a windows build to verify if these have been fixed, I've updated the TestExpectations to point to this bug.
