EFL WK2 layout test has been broken since ubuntu 13.10. Especially below test modules come to crash.

 - batterystatus
 - compositing
 - fast/canvas/webgl
 - fast/events/touch
 - http/tests
 - webgl

It looks Bug 131675 can solve this issue as well.

Battery status tests don't come to crash since ubuntu version was bumped. Unskip batter status on r173863.
