Testcase

Testcase shows a bad repaint when uncovering the blue box.

Can not reproduce a problem with the test case. Nothing changes when hovering over the blue box here. Running on Mavericks.

Bug only seems to happen when layer borders are enabled.

I am not able to reproduce this in Safari 16.3 as well. It does not have any repaint bug as shown in the reference 'screenshot of the bug'.

I think we can close this now with "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". Thanks!
