We want to keep the following versions:
 * curl: 7.33.0-1 
 * subversion 1.7.14-1

So the cygwin setup wizard has to be instructed to use those and not the most recent ones.

The patch is not complete, as the cygwin-downloader.zip generation is missing.

I'm marking this as depending on bug 131361 so once it is fixed I will provide a new patch with the new generated zip file.
