If you have a large monitor (say 1900x1200 or larger) and make a safari window fill the screen from top to bottom... go to http://www.typestyler.com/ and print the page. On the print preview dialog, hit preview. You should get a PDF with two pages. The second one being entirely blank.
If you shrink the size of the Safari window and try printing again, you'll get just one page printed and no blank page.
