Attached are two SVGs, the only difference between them is that in the broken one, a path element starts at the end of a line and in the next there is a single space before the next path element. 

That is to say, if you take the broken one, go to the end of line 33 and add a space character between the end of the path and the start of the next one, the SVG suddenly renders properly.

The broken SVG renders correctly in Inkscape and Firefox, and renders incorrectly in Chrome/Windows, Chrome/MacOS, Safari/MacOS.

Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all agree on rendering for this test case. I don't believe there is any remaining compatibility issue.
