On the basis of the results given in
http://webkit-test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showAllRuns=true&showExpectations=true&revision=165805&tests=svg%2Fdom%2Fsvg-root-lengths.html
it should be noted that the test is flaky for EFL port. All recent GTK test are PASS. Both Apple Win 7 (debug and release tests) show all PASS results except for one TIMEOUT result.
