Add test expectations for all tests between "a" and "createObjectStore-null-name.html"

Some in this range already pass, some pass with obvious rebaselining, others have legitimate failures.

Can we get rid of those section numbers? I personally don't get any use out of them, and they are so annoying to maintain.

I find no use from them either.  I might get rid of them in a separate followup.
