Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the jsFiddle
What is the expected behavior?
You should see red bars under green ones.
What went wrong?
Only green boxes are visible.
IE 11, Firefox 28-30 (beta-nightly; flex-wrap is not supported in current stable version) & Opera 12.16 all render red bars. Only WebKit- & Blink-based browsers don't.

Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all agree on rendering for this test case. I don't believe there is any remaining compatibility issue.
