Reproduce:
Open the attached html, and hover over the links. (or linkedin.com "Forgot your password?" at the top right corner)
Select the link text and after that the link gets underlined.

Issue:
Block and Inline-Block decorators don't get underlined on mouseover, only after you select the text.

Conclusion:
It's definetly a Coordinated Graphics bug, because it only appears in EFl (and NIX).
It seems to me that the calculated coordinate is pointing to the node after.

I am not able to reproduce this bug in Safari 16.3 and it matches with Chrome Canary 113 and on hover, it shows 'underline' for all three.
