Please revert this patch to solve the problem.

Is this still an issue? It looks like <http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/162099> corrected the issue by defaulting FrameLoaderClient::webGLPolicyForSite() to WebGLAllow.
I'm closing this bug as fixed in <http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/162099>. If this isn't the case then please reopen this bug.
