To support using screenshots in a timeline and capturing them as a breakpoint action, we need a way to select an rectangle on the screen to snapshot. This could be implemented as selection rectangle mode on the inspector overlay. The visual feedback would be similar to that provided when cropping an image or making selections in an photo editing application.
