For example, running run-webkit-tests --debug -p css1/text_properties/word_spacing.html generates a screenshot with round, pill-shaped scrollbars on mac.

Simon Fraser says that this behavior is flakey; sometimes it occurs and sometimes it doesn't. However, it only seems to occur with WK1 and main frame scrollbars.
