Place pointer on a focusable object like a link
Note that the object is highlighted by a blue box
Place the pointer on an empty space (arrow pointer, not hand)
Press the select key to display the browser toolbar
Select the RSK 'Hide' to dismiss the toolbar
Place pointer on a focusable object like a link
Note that while the pointer changes from arrow to hand, the object is not highlighted by a blue box
