Pick any page with links and/or tables on it. Maybe something like
http://bugs.webkit.org/
Notice that the underlines go completely underneath the hyperlink text. Now select "Make Text Bigger" (command-+). Notice how the underlines stayed put, but the words got bigger such that they now hang off the end of the underlines. Also, you can see in the "Action" line that the text is now running into the vertical pipes ("|") that separate the items. However, if you reload the page, you'll now see everything looking like what you'd expect at the larger size.
Similar problems occur in reverse with the "Make Text Smaller" option.
I've also seen some rendering problems with tables that behave similarly. E.g., col1 is right aligned, col2 is left, resize up causes text to be overlapping, resize smaller causes col1 to no longer be aligned.
This is with build r18828.
