I am not able to find the related code but I think we can try to add this test?
What do you say? BY THE WAY - this test is not present in Chromium / Blink source.

This was about a bug that NPAPI plug-in code caused in testing infrastructure, so it's obsolete.
FWIW, I'm not sure if we ever had any NPAPI code there in EventSender.
