Description Sornalatha Rathnasamy 2006-12-19 13:35:45 PST
Steps:
1.Get Latest News ticker 3.1 wk50
2.The theme with not white background have to be choosen (Armi)
3.Highlight News Ticker plug in area and then press Selection key,
4.Select a message vertical scrollable using the right/left arrow.
5. Scroll the message using the down arrow
6. Press the right arrow

Expected results:
The next message have to be diplayed whitout blinking

Actual results:
The next message is diplayed but with an amount of blinking depending how much the message has be scrolled.

More explanation from Stefano Pironato 15.12.2006 : The problem happen in the dialog and in the browser plugin. If i scroll down then i press right, in order to get the next message, the browser area is cleaned and flickering happen. Instead if i do NOT scroll and i press just the right arrow the next message is shown without flickering (i mean the background does not get white before that the messages is shown).

reset content position to 0,0 to prevent a redraw

In this case, it might be better to call Setcontentposition in WebKit with less changes.
