The forms overlay one another on Safari 419.x and on the latest build. The page renders fine with Camino.
on http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/statistics, scroll down until the end of the page. Western Conference Statistics overlaps with Eastern Conference Statistics.
Safari issues following statement:

Confirmed on locally-built debug build of WebKit r18273 with Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) on Mac OS X 10.4.8 (8L127).

Interestingly, this is NOT a regression from shipping Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) on Mac OS X 10.4.8 (8L127).
