Test steps:
1. Open  http://125.16.213.243/upload/Browser/Browser_02.html
2. The swf file plays. Switch to another application so that BrowserNG goes to background.
3. Switch back to BrowserNG.

Observed result: The flash playback does not resume.

Expected result: The flash play should resume.
