Videos from http://ted.com cannot be played with Flash plugin:
1) Open MiniBrowser, Flash plugin is installed
2) Point address to any ted video page (e.g, http://www.ted.com/talks/lisa_bu_how_books_can_open_your_mind.html)
Flash player shows error #2032, Web inspector console shows:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) http://video.ted.com/assets/player/swf/framework_4.5.1.21489.swz
Failed to load resource: File does not exist http://video.ted.com/assets/player/swf/framework_4.5.1.21489.swz
Tested with plugin version 11,2,202,280. It is playing fine in Chromium or Firefox with same Flash plugin.

As per https://support.ted.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004257913-Troubleshooting-the-video-player, the Flash-based player has been phased out in ted.com, in favour of HTML5 <video> tag.
