If you use the -g and —open-bug options for webkit-patch upload, the patch that is uploaded will not contain the WebKit bug number, even if you added it to the ChangeLog during the editing phase.
What ought to happen is that *after* the ChangeLog editing, to add the newly created WebKit bug number, there needs to be a state which offers to amend the git commit to include the edit ChangeLog
If that cannot happen then -g and —open-bug should be marked as incompatible.
