If you go to this web page to test CSS3 you notice that #30 does NOTHING when you scroll over it — CSS3 is broken there. #30 is broken in today's latest WebKit [Version 6.0.4 (7536.29.13, 537+)] See this post: https://plus.google.com/u/0/110804953626559077511/posts/Sn35ZZzWvDT

This is still broken in Safari 15.
