We need to set a minimum width and height on the console, currently you can resize it so that its only as wide as the stoplight close widgets and only 1 pixel of content high which makes it impossible to resize.

No longer needed since Drosera was replaced.

Closing since Drosera has been replaced by the new Web Inspector debugger. Moving to the New Bugs component so the Drosera component can be closed and removed.
