It would be pleasant for people to be redirected to this bugzilla instead of submitting Webkit bugs to apple (if I have understood it's behaviour correctly).

This code is not in WebKit, but in closed-source Safari, so I'm closing the bug as INVALID. A good way to file this suggestion is via <http://www.apple.com/macosx/feedback/> or <http://bugreport.apple.com>.
Actually, I'm not sure if this would work well in practice. Bugzilla UI is pretty complex, and the reporter needs to read and understand our bug reporting guidelines - something we cannot ask from everyone who clicks the bug report button.
