If the user restarts a snapshotted plugin, then all similar plugins on that page should restart. That is, all plugins that would now avoid snapshotting on reload, because their domain has been added to the list of autostart sources for this page. This is good for pages like http://www.netmagazine.com/features/top-20-web-conference-talks-2012 which has a lot of plugins from similar web properties.
