Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Edit any non-inherited CSS property in styles editor 2. Start typing "inherit" The 'inherit' value should be suggested for completion for all properties, even non-inherited (see http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/cascade.html#value-def-inherit) Upstreaming https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=196565
