We need more tracing data in deferred image decoding path, here's a list of high level data we want to capture: 1. The time span that a LazyDecodingPixelRef is locked. 2. Decode, scaling, cache pruning time. 3. Memory usage, number of cache entries. 4. Number of re-decode.
