Flakiness dashboard shows how flaky this test has been on the bots: http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showExpectations=true&tests=http%2Ftests%2Fxmlhttprequest%2Fsend-array-buffer.html This fixes this test (and is thus worthwhile IMO), but playing wack-a-mole with the whitespace node optimization isn't scalable. We need to make that algorithm deterministic.
