When setting the cookie path from a url, file names in the url should be removed from the cookie path. E.g. http://www.example.org/auth/logon.php? should set the cookie path to /auth (not /auth/logon.php as it currently becomes).

No need to consider this patch anymore, fixed by r144853, (https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=110147).
