Description Patrick F. Marques 2013-02-26 07:36:08 PST
Good: Previous versions use class .console-formatted-string in console span element
Bad: class applied is now .console-formatted- in the same span element

Overview:
I tweaked my web development tools but in the last canary versions I experienced a difference in my colorized console lines. My custom.css is:
#console-messages  .console-formatted-string {
    color: #a8ff60 !important;
}

How reproduce:
Open chrome canary (I use 27.0.1423.0), next open the development tools and run in console:
>> console.log(['This is the text with wrong class']);

using Ctrl+Shif+j to inspect the inspector and verify the class applied to the span element containing the text "This is the text with wrong class". The class is .console-formatted- instead of .console-formatted-string (the previous behavior)
