*SUMMARY
After dragging selected text in the message body to another line, the caret still remains at the original location
* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) With TOT webkit r16590, login to your gmail account
2) Create a new message (with rich formatting)
3) Place caret in message body, type a sentence "The moon is made out"
4) With the caret at the end of this sentence, press return several times to create extra line breaks
5) Now, type "of cheese"
6) Select the sentence "The moon is made out" and drag this selection so the caret appears JUST before "of cheese". Mouse up at this point.
7) The text is correctly moved but the caret still appears in the original location
* RESULTS
Caret should no longer appear in the old location after I drag but doesn't.
