* SUMMARY
Selected text that is aligned will "jump back" to previous alignment after clicking the alignment icon twice.
* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) With TOT webkit r16590, login to your gmail account
2) Create a new message (with rich formatting)
3) Place caret in message body, type some words and select them
4) Click on right align toolbar icon and verify that text correctly aligns on the right side.
5) Now the text still selected, click the right align toolbar icon again
6) Notice the entire sentence is repositioned as left aligned.
7) With the text still selected, click the center align toolbar icon
8) After text is centered aligned, click the center align toolbar icon again
9) Again, notice the entire sentence is repositioned as left aligned.
* RESULTS
Selected text should remain at the current alignment after clicking the alignment toolbar icon
