When a misspelled word in found in a rich text message, the suggested word menu list doesn't appear
* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) With TOT webkit r16563, login to your gmail account
2) Create a new message (with rich formatting)
3) Type something like "This is badd"
4) Click 'Check spelling' link
5) Click on 'badd' and notice the suggested word menu list isn't displayed
* RESULTS
Suggested word menu list should appear when clicking on misspelled word but doesn't

If you control click on a selected word that is misspelled, the suggested spelling list does appear. The "bug" here is that control clicking on a word doesn't select it, as it does in Mail. FF doesn't have this feature, but we ought to add it.

I believe there is another Bugzilla bug for this, but I can't find it at the moment.
