The fast/multicol/newmulticol/column-rules-fixed-height.html reftest is failing since it's been introduced in r143395.

The difference is minimal, one pixel or so. There's already a similar failure somewhere around, might as well call it a dupe.

The column-rules-fixed-height.html test started to pass in r143467, so the TestExpectations change (-> expect to fail) in r143445 should be backed out.
