* SUMMARY
With TOT, switching from plain text to rich text mode doesn't draw initially draw message body text
* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. With TOT webkit r16541, log into your email account
2. Create a new message in Plain text mode
3. Type some text in the message body, then click on "Rich Formatting" to switch to rich text format
4. After switching to reich text , notice the text in message body isn't displayed
5. Click in the message body field and drag over the area where the message text should be. This causes the text to draw.
* RESULTS
Message text should appear when switching from plain text to rich text mode but doesn't automatically.
