While jhbuild has been switched into GStreamer 1.0 build already [1], EFL's CMake options has not been reflected correctly yet. This patch would reflect the correct version matching between GStreamer and Farstream that are required for MediaStream API. [1] https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91727
