Reproducibly, when I open the linked JPG file (a little under 10 MB in size) from this page http://www.film-tv-video.de/newsdetail+M5ca810b92ab.html (see bottom: Downloads), the whole system freezes up and becomes completely unresponsive.
No keyboard input or mouse movement is recognized, the only option seemed a hard reset.
My machine is a 15" Retina MBP, running 10.8.2 and the latest WebKit Nightly.
Even after a fresh boot this bug was reproducible for me multiple times.
