When the page is loaded,  IE/Safari display vertical scroll bar, but Reindeer does not, it only displays a text area that is as high as the screen height, much smaller then that of IE and Safari.

How to reproduce:
- load the url above, check the layout and compare it with the display of IE and Safari.

Test is run on emulator. Revision 16260
