Caption controls were enabled on Windows here: http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/137771 But media control tests still fail on Windows. The problem seems to be that the canPlayThroughEvent is either never getting fired or received. The failing tests are: media/video-controls-captions-trackmenu-localized.html media/video-controls-captions-trackmenu-sorted.html media/video-controls-captions-trackmenu.html media/video-controls-visible-exiting-fullscreen.html Skipping them for now but keeping bug open to track the problem. I'll come back to this one later.
