Missing feature option for the CSS sticky position was added in r138252 and enabled only for GTK. The following tests started failing on EFL since the flag is not enabled by default for EFL. fast/css/sticky/parsing-position-sticky.html fast/css/sticky/sticky-stacking-context.html
