With https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104443, Video track was disabled because it didn't compile because that patch only checked part of the upstreaming patch and Video track doesn't compile and work. With Internal bug : 265271, we cherry-picked all the dependent patches to make video track (subtitle) work again. So need to enable Video Track again for BlackBerry.
