0. Open inspector 1. Record timeline 2. Switch to a frame mode 3. Hover over frame strips in lower (detailed) pane 4. Double click on a frame bar EXPECTED: Frame details popover on hover, zoom to frame on double click ACTUAL: Nothing happens This was apparently regressed as of r135518.
