With qtwebkit within Qt 4.82 (from date 2011-12-08) the following examples worked fine.
With qtwebkit within Qt 5.0.0rc2 (webkit version 136242), the flashes below have problems
* Flashes at http://www.adobe.com/devnet/actionscript/samples/drawing_3.html and http://support.addthis.com/customer/portal/articles/381276-flash-examples do not correctly paint
* flashes from youtube are not loaded (show black box) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_fm-gx8SZI

I forgot to mention my environment:
* Linux Ubuntu 12.4 (same in 10.4)
* Flash 11.2
* nvidia graphic card

This could be a duplicate of bug 110149. Does the plugin appear if you scroll or resize the page?

This issue can still be reproduced in trunk.
