Now that we can render complex text via the Harfbuzz-NG code, we have the option of removing the Pango backend. Right now it's not well supported and is missing many features.

Comment on attachment 178653 [details] Patch OK. As the EWS bots are reporting, this patch fails to apply. So, you will need to rebase it before landing.
