"make package_source" takes input from WebKitPackaging.cmake and suppose to generate a source package that can be used to build WebKit (EFL port).
The generated source package is obviously out of date. As an example the WebKit2 directory is not included in the source package. Other than general maintenance the file was never updated since it has been created by r61708.
