I tried this on latest webkit and its working fine.So we can close this.

I am not able to reproduce the issue in Safari 16.3, STP164 and clicking 'dynamic' leads it to match 'static' using attached testcase and this is same in other browsers "Chrome Canary 112 and Firefox Nightly 112" as well.
