CoordinatedGraphicsLayer does not need to have a backing store if (!drawsContent() || !contentsAreVisible() || m_size.isEmpty()). It is a follow-up patch of Bug 101424. Bug 101424 missed this check in CoordinatedGraphicsLayer::updateContentBuffers()
